Soccer Shots Long Island West | Farmingdale, NY
Salary: Up to $55,000 per year | Full-time, on-site

Soccer Shots is the #1 children's soccer enrichment program on Long Island, partnering with 100+ schools to help children build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and soccer skills through fun, age-appropriate programs.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented person to help recruit, hire, and support the coaches who deliver our programs. You do not need HR experience—we'll teach you that. If you have a background in sports, coaching, college athletics, or working with children, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Recruit coaches through colleges, universities, athletic departments, and local networks.
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
Build relationships with coaches, candidates, and college contacts.
Maintain recruiting records
Work with our operations team to keep coaching positions filled.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

A former college athlete, coach, assistant coach, or athletic department staff member.
Experienced in youth sports, camps, childcare, recreation, or after-school programs.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable learning new software and systems.

Previous recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required.

Position Requirements

Full-time, on-site position in Farmingdale, Long Island, NY.
