We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to lead front-end development for a global client, building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will use React and contemporary JavaScript technologies to create responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with international teams across product management, design, and backend engineering to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, code quality, performance optimization, and front-end best practices. This opportunity offers a collaborative, remote-first environment where technical leadership, continuous learning, and strong English communication are essential to success.

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, responsive, and high-quality front-end applications using React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Design and manage application state using Redux or Redux Toolkit, ensuring predictable state management and maintainable application architecture.
Use Vite and modern development tools to optimize build processes, application performance, and the overall developer experience.
Build reusable, component-driven interfaces that follow clean-code principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers across international teams to transform complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Identify and resolve front-end performance issues, improve application reliability, and ensure consistent functionality across supported devices and screen sizes.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
Share technical knowledge, promote engineering best practices, and mentor other developers to strengthen team capabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across front-end development workflows, testing practices, and delivery processes.

Requirements

At least five years of software development experience, with a strong focus on modern front-end engineering.
Advanced practical expertise in React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including the development of complex, maintainable web applications.
Strong experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit for application state management.
Hands-on experience with Vite and modern front-end build tooling.
Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, modern layout techniques, and styling frameworks.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate confidently with international and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, accessible, and maintainable code.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within distributed teams.
A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of technical decisions and deliver high-quality solutions.

Nice to have:

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or front-end testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Previous experience working with international, multicultural, and remote teams.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to front-end architecture and engineering standards.
