Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment at our Port Dickson PME Plant. The role supports plant reliability, inventory control, and safety compliance while contributing to engineering projects and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate performance of all electronic and mechanical filling carousel, filling scales, check scales, bung leak detector, leak detector and other related equipment by carrying out daily functional tests on this equipment. To maintain records of inspection/testing and carry out necessary follow-up actions required. 
• Carry out periodic inspection, maintenance and repairs as schedule of all Key Equipment as listed in POIMS 6B - Maintenance System and other related LPG equipment. Records of the above activities, equipment and historical data's must be maintained and updated.
• Carry out periodic inspection, testing, maintenance and repairs as schedule of all Critical Safety Device as listed in POIMS 6D - Critical Device System. Records of all the above activities and equipment failure must be maintained and updated.
• Generate data from the PC on filling accuracy and submit to ATM for review.
• Supervise and verify work performed by contractors, such as ensure work is done in a safe manner and in accordance with the specification and contract requirements.
• To record and control issuance of maintenance related Material Gate Pass.
• Liaise with Port Dickson Refinery for instrument air availability and to ensure line-ups of instrument air supply are done properly and in accordance with procedure. Also ensure instrument air is free of water and adequate pressure to run the plant.
• Direct and supervise all employees (company and contractors) observe all the safety compliance including using all the safety equipment and observing all industrial and personnel hygiene directives.
• Conduct a scheduled Hazard Identification/safety inspection of LPG plant facilities.
• Actively participate in Fire Drills as laid down in Fire Orders and other Safety/Health activities.
• Perform other tasks given by Assistant Terminal Manager or Terminal Manager from time to time.
• Active involvement in ISO/POIMS/ILC/IMS/5S/LMS.

• Possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any relevant engineering field is a minimum requirement.
• Minimum 3 years in related field of equivalent.
• Demonstrates initiative, strong interpersonal skills, industriousness and effective communication proficiency.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, time management.
• Willing to work at Port Dickson Terminal.
