Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our Melbourne team on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from planning and design through to execution and close-out. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing team delivering technically challenging projects while building strong relationships with customers, contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• →Support the delivery of projects across all phases of execution.
• →Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• →Manage project scope, schedule, cost and risk to support successful project outcomes.
• →Work closely with customers, contractors and internal project teams.
• →Facilitate project meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements.
• →Monitor project performance and contribute to project reporting and forecasting.
• →Promote safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery.

• Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Project Engineer or similar project delivery role.
• Experience delivering projects within onshore energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project delivery across studies, FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
