Test Engineer - Iron River Area

• →Write and maintain test procedures for production hardware.
• →Build and troubleshoot test fixtures and test stations.

• Experience writing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Hands-on work with data acquisition and test instrumentation.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis of test results.
• Strong written documentation and reporting skills.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Certification in quality or testing methods.
• Experience with automated test systems and scripting.
• Knowledge of environmental and reliability testing standards.
