Process Engineer - Escanaba Area

• →Work with maintenance and operators to resolve recurring problems.
• →Support root cause analysis for quality and safety incidents.
• →Recommend equipment or tooling changes to improve throughput.
• →Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• →Develop and update process documentation and work instructions.
• →Troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the floor.
• →Run trials and validate changes before full production.
• →Analyze production data to reduce scrap and downtime.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with production teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience with statistical process control and DOE.
• Familiarity with automation, PLCs, or controls.
• Background in a regulated industry such as automotive or medical devices.
• Project management experience for capital or process projects.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
