Electrical Engineer - Caro Area

• →Design and test electrical systems and components for production equipment.
• →Troubleshoot electrical faults on machinery and control systems.
• →Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• →Support installation and commissioning of new equipment on the plant floor.
• →Program and modify PLC and HMI logic for automated processes.
• →Ensure equipment and designs meet electrical codes and safety standards.
• →Work with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.
• →Document changes and maintain accurate electrical records.

• Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and machine safety standards.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems.

• Experience with variable frequency drives and motor controls.
• Familiarity with robotics or automated assembly systems.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training.
• Project management experience for equipment upgrades.
