Cloud Marketplace and Partner Incentives Operations Specialist

You are a detail-oriented operations professional with hands-on experience in cloud marketplace platforms, co-sell programs, and hyperscaler incentive administration. • →Maintain and coordinate Hyland's listings across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, categorization, and supporting documentation aligned to product launches and go-to-market activities.
• →Execute end-to-end operational processes for private offers, standard marketplace transactions, renewals, and co-sell opportunities in partnership with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• →Perform monthly marketplace revenue reconciliation, invoicing validation, transaction reporting, and issue resolution with Finance and operational stakeholders.
• →Administer hyperscaler incentive and funding programs — including submissions, documentation, deadline tracking, utilization reporting, and reconciliation — while maintaining audit-ready records and controls.
• →Administer WorkSpan, including user access, configuration, data quality, operational support, and process documentation, while coordinating integration and automation improvements with IT and Salesforce delivery teams.
• →Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for marketplace transactions, co-sell activity, incentive submissions, and funding utilization — analyzing data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.

• 4–6 years of experience in cloud marketplace operations, sales operations, partner operations, co-sell operations, or incentive and funding program administration
• Direct experience administering listings or transactions within AWS Marketplace or Microsoft Azure Marketplace
• Experience administering WorkSpan, Tackle.io, Labra, or an equivalent co-sell or marketplace platform
• Experience with Salesforce and data-visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proven ability to develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports that support business decision-making

• Experience with AWS Partner Network, AWS ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, or comparable hyperscaler partner platforms
• Relevant AWS or Microsoft partner or cloud certification
• Experience with marketplace transaction processes including private offers, contracts, renewals, invoicing, or revenue reconciliation
• Experience administering market development funding, co-sell, or partner funding programs including submission, tracking, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend scalable operational improvements
