Role Type: Full-Time Contractor (Remote)

Schedule: US Hours Alignment (EST/CST)

This is an autonomous, internal technical role. You will own client SEO and web development end-to-end. There are no client-facing meetings, your focus is purely on technical execution, automation, and performance.

  Local SEO: Manage end-to-end local SEO campaigns, including Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, local citations, technical audits, on-page optimization, and location page architecture.

  Modern Web Development: Build and maintain high-speed websites using modern static architectures (Astro, Cloudflare, modern web tooling) and AI-assisted workflows—not bloated WordPress themes.

  AI & Workflow Automation: Use AI tools daily to automate reporting, audits, content pipelines, and internal micro-tools to maximize delivery speed.

  Systems & SOPs: Document processes and convert winning strategies into actionable playbooks to support scaling.

  Reporting: Build automated dashboards and deliver direct, data-backed written updates on organic performance.

• 3+ years in Local SEO: Direct experience driving local lead generation (preferably home services or local service businesses).

• Modern Web Stack: Proven ability to build and deploy fast, custom websites from scratch using tools like Astro, static generators, and modern hosting (Cloudflare) rather than off-the-shelf templates.

• Daily AI Integration: Active use of LLMs and AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to ship work faster.

• High Autonomy: Ability to troubleshoot technical roadblocks independently without hand-holding.

• Full-Time Dedication: Dedicated focus during US business hours (no moonlighting or juggling other full-time roles).
