Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Project Manager to lead key initiatives from planning through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive priorities, solve challenges, and deliver meaningful results.

• →Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
• →Leads/Coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• → Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• →Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.
• →Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• →Sets the strategic direction for the company
• →Takes an enterprise-wide perspective often identified by client definition of executive
• →Develops and executes function strategy;
• →Influences the allocation of resources across own function and sub-functions
• →Influences and implements short to mid-term strategies (1-3 years) for own function that have indirect impact on business performance
• →Interacts with executives, customers, or senior leaders;
• →Establishes collaborative relationships with other departments or functions or external organizations

• 5 years of experience in project, program or general management
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Project Management Professional (PMP certification) preferred
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to create an open environment where conflicts as to project priorities and funding decisions can be aired and resolved in an objective manner
• High level understanding of technical concepts as related to the industry and products/services of the company
• Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
