We are seeking an analytical yet people-focused Spine Center Operations Manager to support our ambulatory clinic operations. You will be responsible for developing business reports and conducting utilization analyses to optimize resources, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative culture rooted in teamwork and dedicated staff support to maintain an exceptional work environment.

Experience: 3+ years of healthcare management experience, specifically involving business reporting, data interpretation, and clinic utilization metrics. Experience in a specialty setting (spine, orthopedics, or neurosurgery) is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in healthcare analytics tools, advanced Excel, EHR data extraction, and reporting software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
