Courier/CDL Driver LLH

• →Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors consistently. Strives to meet/exceed the needs of the facility's customers/residents by demonstrating flexibility and sense of urgency to create a service excellence experience.
• →Responsible for assuring safe practices in accordance with RHS policies and procedures.
• →Responsible for notifying Transportation Coordinator or Director of Resident Services when required vehicle maintenance is needed.
• →Demonstrates the ability to plan transportation routes to decrease vehicle mileage and gas consumption.
• →Completes paper work to ensure that all records are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining transportation and maintenance logs for facility vehicles as well as logging residents participation on facility outings.
• →Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and accomplish assignments with accuracy and timeliness (meeting work schedules, work assignments and completed by deadlines, received minimal customer complaints).
• →Maintains positive interactions with fellow team members, residents and visitors. Assists customers with billing inquiries, questions or concerns. Provides follow up in a timely manner.

• High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)

• 2 years Experience driving commercial vehicles (Preferred)

• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - DMV Upon Hire(Required)
• Certified Auto External Defibrillator (AED) - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire(Required)
• First Aid - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire(Required)
• Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
• Valid Drivers License Required
