Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a CNA.

Position Status: Full Time- Day Shift

Position Location: Home base is Norfolk, VA. This position is 90% out in the field, providing care at patient homes throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Mileage reimbursement is paid for any miles driven between patient visits.

Overview

Performs basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, toileting, meal preparation and feeding, checks vital signs, intake/output, ambulation and assists patient with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the PACE center or in the home.

Education

Graduate of a state approved Nursing Assistant program/Trade School program (Required)

Certification/Licensure

CNA active in VA (required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.93 - $29.44 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
