Present architecture recommendations, technical trade-offs, and design decisions clearly to client teams, including senior and executive stakeholders.
-
Establish architecture principles, technical standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
-
Coach and mentor consultants, developers, program managers, and analysts on solution design and technical delivery.
-
Stay informed about emerging technologies and AI developments, translating relevant trends into practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.
