HOURLY RATE: 25.00 to 27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 34 to 42 hours per week
- English
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Supervise other workers
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Assist skilled tradespersons
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Building system
- Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers
- Carpet cleaning machine
- Polishing machines
- Work under pressure
- Physically demanding
- Weight handling
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
