We are seeking an experienced and visionary technology leader to build and lead a high-performing organization at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and large-scale engineering. In this strategic role, you will transform advanced AI research into production-ready security systems that protect organizations against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers, research scientists, and technical leaders while defining the long-term strategy for AI-powered security capabilities. Working across endpoint and cloud environments, you will drive the development of intelligent detection, autonomous investigation, and response technologies. You will also establish engineering excellence, accelerate innovation, and ensure that AI solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. This is an opportunity to shape the future of autonomous cyber defense while influencing the direction of a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

  • Build, lead, and scale a world-class organization of engineering managers, principal engineers, and research scientists, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, technical excellence, and accountability.
  • Define and execute the long-term engineering strategy and roadmap for AI security systems, establishing measurable objectives, performance indicators, and investment priorities.
  • Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered security capabilities on endpoint devices, optimizing models for strict latency, memory, and computing constraints while maintaining system stability and performance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of cloud-scale AI infrastructure, including distributed detection pipelines, real-time inference platforms, intelligent model routing, and GPU-efficient serving systems.
  • Drive the transition of autonomous AI agents into production environments, enabling advanced security investigation, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, and remediation capabilities.
  • Establish effective processes for translating cutting-edge AI research into reliable, scalable, and customer-ready products, ensuring seamless collaboration between research and engineering teams.
  • Define rigorous evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing environments to measure detection accuracy, reliability, false-positive rates, latency, and operational costs.
  • Ensure AI systems are resilient against adversarial manipulation, data poisoning, prompt injection, evasion techniques, and misuse of automated tools.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, threat intelligence, security operations, and executive leadership to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Communicate strategic priorities, technical decisions, progress, risks, and investment opportunities clearly to senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with leading AI research organizations, infrastructure providers, universities, and cybersecurity communities, representing the organization through partnerships, publications, and industry events.
