• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries
• 5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either a project lead, integrated program team lead or cost account manager

• Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Active Secret clearance with SAP and SCI Eligibly
• Must be able to work onsite in Plymouth, MN

 

• A degree in a science, engineering, or a business program
• PMP® certification
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
• Perfected Qualification: Active Top Secret clearance with SAP and SCI Eligibly
• Strong experience in early conceptual development and technology maturation
• Experience with tactical missiles, their sub-components, or other relevant experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
