We are looking for an experienced Presales Solutions Architect to accelerate the adoption of next-generation enterprise AI solutions through a global partner ecosystem. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will empower technology partners to design, position, and deliver innovative solutions combining agentic AI, enterprise data, knowledge graphs, and low-code application development. You will lead technical enablement initiatives, guide complex solution architectures, and collaborate with partners to transform business challenges into impactful AI-driven applications. Working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, you will help shape partner strategies, support customer engagements, and influence product innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise AI, helping major organizations across multiple industries move from experimental AI initiatives to scalable, production-ready solutions. The position is remote within the United States, with expected travel of up to 25%, potentially including additional onsite partner and customer engagements.

  • Partner Enablement and Technical Leadership: Lead ongoing technical enablement initiatives for channel partners, strengthening their expertise in enterprise AI platforms, knowledge graphs, ontologies, machine learning, and agentic AI technologies.
  • Technical Training and Workshops: Design and deliver technical workshops, architecture sessions, demonstrations, and training programs tailored to partner needs, covering enterprise AI capabilities, low-code development, Generative AI, and agentic application development.
  • Advanced AI Architecture Guidance: Educate partners on modern AI architecture patterns, including agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, enterprise ontology modeling, and AI governance best practices.
  • Solution Architecture and Consulting: Collaborate with partners to design and architect innovative, business-focused enterprise AI solutions that combine platform capabilities, low-code applications, AI services, and enterprise data.
  • Customer Engagement Support: Provide technical consultation throughout partner-led customer engagements, from initial discovery and opportunity qualification through solution design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Enterprise AI Solution Development: Guide partners in modeling customer business domains through enterprise ontologies, developing intelligent agents and machine learning capabilities, and creating functional AI-powered applications that deliver measurable business value.
  • Technical Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept: Work directly with partners to build compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and industry use cases.
  • Integration, Security, and Governance: Demonstrate best practices for application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management, ensuring solutions integrate effectively with existing enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Address complex technical questions, customer concerns, and competitive objections by providing clear, credible, and tailored architectural recommendations.
  • Channel Strategy and Ecosystem Development: Build trusted relationships with partners and act as a strategic technical advisor, contributing to partner success, ecosystem expansion, and increased adoption of enterprise AI solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales organizations, product teams, and global leadership to improve partner engagement models and develop scalable channel strategies.
  • Product Roadmap Contributions: Gather and communicate partner feedback, customer requirements, and market insights to influence product development priorities and future platform capabilities.
  • Technical Mentorship: Coach and mentor partner-facing technical teams, helping develop their capabilities and establish high standards for AI solution architecture and delivery.
