You will be based in London and be part of the Commissioning team, made up of four other specialists who will support your development and help you grow in the role.

  • Working alongside the Senior Commissioning Managers and Directors to strategically plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery across all verticals, using the current Commissioning Management system

  • Monitoring output using in-house workflow systems, such as Jira and Smartsheet, and moving work between editors and analysts as required

  • Ensuring all staff have work delegated and logged in our content management system, and analysing team capacity

  • Aligning workflows across various parts of the business, including Media (Picture/Video), Design Studio, Marketing, Content, Editorial and Sales

  • Identifying opportunities to improve how we work and helping to design, pilot and embed new processes and workflow improvements across the business

  • Implementing and monitoring processes, ensuring absolute efficiency, and that teams clearly understand how the processes work

  • Learning and mastering our bespoke publishing systems, and supporting colleagues in using them

  • Contributing to overall objectives and being accountable for, and communicating specific content goals and KPIs

  • Collating data using key metrics to measure performance and efficiency across departments and individuals and presenting findings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the Senior Commissioning Managers and Directors

  • Managing budget logistics, including PO raising and invoicing on demand, maintaining our freelance portfolio and ensuring all contracts are up to date for the relevant regions across all products

  • Working on projects and creating documentation when required to showcase various business topics, using programmes such as Google Slides to build clear, concise presentations for the content team’s use

  • Onboarding new staff to our systems and workflows as required
