Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and electrical background, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to minimize downtime and maintain safe, efficient operations.

• →Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• →Read, troubleshoot, and modify PLC programs and ladder logic.
• →Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability.
• →Identify potential safety risks and equipment issues before they cause downtime.
• →Develop and implement countermeasures to address equipment failures and recurring downtime.
• →Document work performed with clear and detailed maintenance reports.
• →Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support plant goals and business objectives.

• Understanding of troubleshooting fundamentals and industrial equipment.
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of ladder logic and PLC programming.
• Ability to understand plant processes, workflow, and maintenance priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• MainSaver maintenance software experience is a plus.
• Machining experience or knowledge is a plus.
