Responsibilities

→Take care of our customers via phone and email.
→Be responsible for card support and account administration.
→Manage new orders and registrations.
→Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products.
→Provide outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

Passion for communicating with people and finding the best solutions for them.
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues.
Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and with various systems.
Eagerness to learn new things and develop your skills.
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.
