Queens Carbon is scaling a new way to produce cementitious materials from limestone and clay—the same widely available feedstocks the cement industry uses today—with best-in-class economics competitive with traditional cement and a fraction of the CO₂ emissions. No incentives or green premium required.

We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to build and lead our engineering organization and scale our technology into reliable, cost-competitive commercial systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring equal strength in technical engineering, people management, and industrial commercialization. You will develop a high-performing engineering team while being directly involved in design, equipment development, problem solving and troubleshooting.

Working directly with the CEO, you will collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Engineering Operations to take our technology from pilot and demonstration scale through commercial deployment.
