Reporting to the Director of Experience Strategy & Creative, the Program Manager, Creative & Experience sits within the Creative & Experience Strategy team and translates established business and member priorities into clear, coordinated creative and marketing programs.

The Program Manager, Creative & Experience owns how approved priorities are scoped, organized, and delivered while keeping execution connected to the original objective and member need.
