We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI-native Growth Marketer to lead data-driven B2B growth initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced marketing technologies. AI-driven Growth Strategy: Design, develop, and implement AI-powered growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, identifying opportunities to expand B2B market reach, improve customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth.

Predictive Analytics and Lead Scoring: Develop and optimize predictive lead scoring models using machine learning technologies to identify high-value prospects, prioritize sales opportunities, and improve lead qualification.

Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and data science teams to integrate AI-driven insights into go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives, customer needs, and business objectives.

Data Governance and Cybersecurity: Oversee marketing data quality, hygiene, and governance while ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards. Implement secure data-handling practices across marketing systems and assets.

Campaign Optimization and Experimentation: Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across creative assets, landing pages, email sequences, and other campaign components, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, evaluate key growth indicators, develop actionable dashboards, and communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support junior marketing professionals, sharing knowledge of AI tools, data interpretation, growth marketing methodologies, and experimentation techniques.

Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, with a proven track record of developing and scaling revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

AI and Machine Learning Expertise: Strong proficiency with AI and machine learning platforms and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and GPT-based models, with practical experience applying them to marketing challenges.

Analytical and Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of predictive modeling, customer segmentation, attribution analysis, lead scoring, and marketing performance measurement.

Growth Marketing Strategy: Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective B2B growth campaigns, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and deliver measurable improvements across key business metrics.

Creative and Strategic Thinking: Strong creative capabilities, with the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts and messaging that resonate with senior decision-makers and enterprise audiences.
