Project Manager - Dutch Speaking

We are looking for a highly organized, responsive Dutch-speaking Project Coordinator to provide temporary cover for an established home renovation business while its current Project Coordinator is away. You will be the main point of contact for customers with ongoing renovation projects, ensuring schedules, subcontractors, materials and deliveries stay on track throughout the assignment. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring someone who can work independently, communicate proactively and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

• →Act as the main point of contact for customers with ongoing renovation projects.
• →Monitor customer WhatsApp groups regularly and respond promptly to questions and updates.
• →Coordinate project schedules, including tiles, deliveries and other renovation-related activities.
• →Instruct, organize and schedule subcontractor teams.
• →Coordinate with the procurement colleague to ensure materials and deliveries are arranged on time.
• →Keep project notes, updates and statuses accurate in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• →Identify and escalate urgent site or project issues to the business owner on the same day, including Saturdays.
• →Ensure a smooth handover before the temporary assignment begins.

• Previous project coordination or project management experience.
• Ideally, experience in construction, home renovation, property maintenance or installation services.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized, responsive and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects.
• Able to coordinate external contractors, schedules, deliveries and customer expectations.
• Comfortable working independently and handling unexpected operational issues.
• GoHighLevel experience is an advantage.
