Description

The Rural Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP) Project Manager leads MDIH's portfolio of projects funded through Maine's Rural Health Transformation Program, a  five-year federal program administered by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and coordinating the MDIH RHTP Steering Committee, the Project Manager oversees deliverables, budgets, reconciliations and resources for each project and each  project year, so that every award is completed on time, within budget and in  compliance with its funding agreement. The Project Manager is accountable for the full RHTP portfolio of projects aligned with MDIH, which may include  several concurrent projects at different stages and in different project  years. This is a temporary position; its duration is tied to the RHTP awards MDIH holds, and continuation from one project year to the next depends on available funding.
