Responsibilities

→Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-format print installation projects at client sites worldwide
→Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
→Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
→Coordinate installation schedules, workforce deployment, and logistics planning to ensure timely execution
→Oversee site surveys, installation readiness, and field execution planning
→Manage and track project budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets
→Ensure all installations meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
→Proactively communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to all stakeholders
→Document project milestones, issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
→Support troubleshooting of on-site installation challenges and real-time problem-solving

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Installation Project Manager (preferred in large-format printing, signage, or visual communications industries)
Strong understanding of installation workflows, site logistics, and safety protocols
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong communication and client-facing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt project plans as needed
Knowledge of print production, signage, or media installation processes (a plus, not required)
