Responsibilities

→1+ year operational experience
→Minimum intermediate Excel and Word skills
→Strong written and oral communication skills
→Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills
→Attention to Detail and completeness for record retention is critical
→Highly motivated mindset
→Adapt to change in a highly regulated industry

→Analytical thinking
→Experience utilizing the following systems:
- →Client Profile
- →Finder
- →Client Document online (CDOL)
- →Bridge screens (KDI,DQS,KDR)
- →DGUI
- →Interact
- →LexisNexis
- →SharePoint
- →Global Policy Source (GPS)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Access skills

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$25.00 - $31.87 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Predictable pay

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
