  • Build, lead, and develop a world-class marketing organization, attracting exceptional talent and establishing a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Own product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and market differentiation, ensuring offerings resonate with priority audiences and support business objectives.

  • Identify priority buyer and user segments and create strategies to reach, engage, and convert them throughout the customer journey.

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, services, and features, including launch strategy, market readiness, demand generation, and performance measurement.

  • Partner with Product Management to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions through customer, market, and competitive insights, while guiding positioning and market activation.

  • Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies to strengthen customer value, support monetization, and drive sustainable growth.

  • Build a scalable demand-generation engine that advances prospects through the customer journey and delivers qualified opportunities to Sales.

  • Establish marketing performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and data-driven experimentation to optimize results and investment.

  • Work closely with Corporate Communications to strengthen brand positioning and translate the company narrative into compelling campaigns, content, customer experiences, and sales enablement.

  • Develop strategic co-marketing initiatives with healthcare system members, life sciences customers, technology partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Corporate Communications, and executive leadership, communicating priorities, strategy, and results with clarity.
