MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

• →On-site Oversight and Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure quality assurance and compliance with design documents, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• →Technical Support and Problem-Solving: Interpret design plans and specifications for field crews and subcontractors, and provide timely technical solutions to resolve issues or unexpected challenges that arise during construction.
• →Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate the work of subcontractors, manage material and equipment deliveries, and ensure proper resource allocation.
• →Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of field activities, including daily reports, as-built drawings, safety reviews, and material requisitions. Prepare progress reports for project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• →Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and track costs to ensure the project stays within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in the preparation of change orders and payment applications.
