Our core platforms (PestPac, RealGreen, WinTeam, and TimeGate) serve pest control, lawn and landscape, security, and commercial cleaning companies, from multi-billion-dollar enterprises to the smallest upstart seeking an edge.
We are seeking a Senior Software Architect who thrives on technical variety and architectural impact. In this role, you will not be confined to a single silo; you will work across domains, platforms, tech stacks, and architectures. You will lead initiatives spanning legacy platform modernization, cloud-native shared service design, and the deployment of production-grade AI agents.
As a hands-on technical leader, you will design systems, build reference implementations, mentor engineers, and set the technical bar across our engineering organization. You will also work in direct collaboration with our enterprise customers to understand operational complexities and architect robust technical solutions.
