* Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities

* Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution center, including prolonged standing, walking, and frequent movement throughout the facility and yard.

* Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier items in a team lift
