Engineer / Senior Engineer Yield & Product Engineering

As a Yield & Product Engineer, you will support new product development and product industrialization activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction, qualification, and manufacturing readiness. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support New Product Development (NPD) activities from development through production readiness. Coordinate Backend (BE) project management , including site allocation, site readiness, and project execution. Manage device part setup and establish the required manufacturing flows. Coordinate and support device and package qualification activities. Support the qualification and readiness of test hardware .  Drive continuous improvement  initiatives to achieve insert and test time reduction , improving manufacturing efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to ensure smooth product introduction and timely project execution. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree  in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.  Min. 0-3 years of relevant product engineering experience in semiconductor industry. Strong academic performance , preferably candidates who are among the top performers in their class or have demonstrated leadership experience in group projects.  Strong interest and enthusiasm  for electronics and semiconductor technologies.  Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.  Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
