Equities KDB Plus and Q DevOps Engineer

Senior Developer (C11) – KDB+/DevOps Development Track Required Skills * 4+ years of software development experience. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL. * Experience in application development using any modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.). * Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and production support. * Good communication and collaboration skills. * Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Preferred Skills * Exposure to Linux/Unix environments. * Experience working in financial services or data-intensive applications. Learning Path * Prior KDB+/q knowledge is not required. * Candidate should demonstrate willingness and capability to learn: * KDB+/q development * DevOps and automation practices * Java-based application development (future state) Ideal Candidate Profile A strong developer with solid analytical skills and database knowledge, who can be trained on KDB+/q and DevOps technologies.
