Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot and provide basic maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
→Apply hands-on knowledge and experience to tackle problems to sustain minimal downtime of themed attractions for the maximum guest experience.
→Position functions will include but not limited to custodial duties, re-lamping & lighting systems, painting and wall repair, tech equipment, shipping and receiving as well as exhibit setup and takedown. Maintaining and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment for both old and new exhibits.
→Install and/or replace light bulbs, projector lamps, doors, etc.
→Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain attraction systems, rides, and equipment.
→Perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments
→Complete “Preventative Maintenance” tasks (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, etc.).
→Set-up and install data cables as needed; install and repair computer outlets and computer bundles.
→Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Corrects or reports any safety or fire hazards.
→Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas clean, organized and in safe condition.
→Able to set-up and operate various hand tools and power equipment.
→Perform other duties as assigned.
