Developing, maintaining, and improving the J.W. Speaker quality requirements and standards; ensuring flow-down and compliance in all Zones including Molding, SMT, and Assembly.
Assisting in identification, development, and implementation of effective quality control methodologies required to ensure process and product conformity.
Coaching, driving, and implementing corrective action efforts in key areas.
Supporting development and deployment of Process Core Tools (Dynamic Control Plans, FMEA, etc.)
Mentoring and training key personnel in proper use of Core Tools.
Building the team by raising level of involvement, responsibility, and accountability.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (product-related) including participation in external agency audits, CoP Control Plan development and maintenance, record-keeping, and follow-up where required.
Managing, monitoring, and maintaining customer portal requirements including metrics, CCAR, and ECN.
Developing and maintaining direct relationships with customers regarding quality issues.
Interfacing with OEM customers for J.W. Speaker product related issues.
Potentially overseeing quality techs for daily receiving inspection, final inspection, and NCM disposition execution.

Working with NPD, manufacturing engineering, and operations to ensure flawless new product launch.
Conducting ongoing review, analysis, and reporting of key customer metrics including PPM, Out-of-Box failures and Warranty failures.; recommending improvement efforts based on trend data.
Supporting reviewing and implementation of customer-specific requirements relating to product conformity; recommending methods to improve processes and products to better meet requirements.
