Having surpassed $300M ARR and continuing to grow, Optro helps enterprises transform risk into opportunity through its AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform. More than 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10, leverage our award-winning technology to move their businesses forward with greater clarity and agility. At Optro, we inspire each other to innovate and are proud of what we are producing. We spend each day thinking of new ways to help our customers and contribute to the greater good of our company and our surrounding communities. We are all about assisting each other and breaking through barriers to create the most loved audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform by our customers. This is how we have become one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for the seventh year in a row, as ranked by Deloitte!
The Sr. Strategic Programs & Operations Manager is the connective tissue of Optro’s execution engine. You will own key Must-Win Battles (our company-level strategic initiatives) end to end: how they are defined, how they are measured, and whether they deliver. You will lead transformation work that makes our go-to-market motion more scalable, and rebuild how we plan and report so leaders spend less time assembling the picture and more time acting on it. If you are an individual contributor and a strategic operator looking to drive the transformation initiatives that scale a platform, this is the role for you.

Cascade MWB direction into clear communication so teams across Optro understand what we are betting on, why, and what their part is.

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on GTM scalability and scaling the GRC platform, from business case through measured impact.

Partner with AI, Enterprise, and Operations teams to rethink operational reporting with AI, automating KPI tracking and reducing manual bottlenecks.
- →
Evaluate our operating model to identify inefficiencies and implement structural or process changes to increase organizational velocity.
