Our team partners with fintechs, travel companies and technology platforms to create new revenue streams through embedded mobile connectivity. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Business Development Manager. The main focus of this exciting and multifaceted role will be growing our B2B2C business including executing important projects. You will be both actively selling to new customer while supporting the Executive Management to shape the strategic direction.

About the Role

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and lead the full sales cycle.
  • Represent 1GLOBAL to potential customers and manage the entire customer acquisition process.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprises.
  • Develop and present solutions that seamless integrate into our customer’s apps and drive additional revenue.
  • Plan, optimise and implement processes and learn how to scale a business.
  • Execute continuous benchmark and performance analyses.
  • Conceptualise key growth initiatives Develop market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team.
  • Bachelor´s Degree from a top-tier business school or similar is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience - preferably in consulting, investment banking or venture-backed startups.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus and willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Experience in Tech is preferred; SaaS, Telco or any Go-To-Market role is a big plus.
  • Tech-savviness: a willingness to understand complex technical products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset as well as entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
