Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Offline Sales Head will be responsible for driving patient acquisition and revenue growth through offline channels. The individual will lead field sales initiatives, build strategic referral networks, strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and develop partnerships that contribute to EverHope's growth across oncology services.

The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare sales, stakeholder management, business development, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute offline sales and business development strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage referral networks with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, TPAs, insurance providers, and community organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the offline sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and business KPIs.
  • Conduct regular field visits and relationship-building meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to drive integrated growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews for leadership.
  • Ensure effective implementation of patient outreach programs, health camps, and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • 8–15years of experience in sales, business development, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Proven experience in managing field sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution.
