- Ensure that food quality and production standards are met
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen and actively participate where needed
- Be proactive in food safety by promoting and maintaining good practices, ensuring the use of checklists and monitoring food temperature and storage areas
- Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory according to company standards
- Ensure adherence to recipes, and waste management
- Ensure the health and safety of kitchen employees by training employees
- Ensure the cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment
- Perform administrative tasks related as directed by my Kitchen Manager
- Assist and support the Kitchen Manager in his vision and projects
Responsibilities
