Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory according to company standards
Ensure adherence to recipes, and waste management
Ensure the health and safety of kitchen employees by training employees
Ensure the cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment
Perform administrative tasks related as directed by my Kitchen Manager
Assist and support the Kitchen Manager in his vision and projects
