3M's Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position requires experience supporting individuals with varying levels of physical and behavioral needs while promoting dignity, independence, and community inclusion.

• →Provide total care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, transfers, and mobility.
• →Monitor and report changes in an individual's physical or mental condition.
• →Accurately complete service documentation, electronic notes, and medication records (if certified).
• →Support community outings, appointments, employment, and recreational activities.
• →Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans.
• →Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• →Transport individuals as needed.
• →Attend required trainings and maintain compliance with Medicaid and company standards.
