• →Holds a Master’s degree in a human service field with one (1) year of supervised MH/DD/SA experience;

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with two (2) years of supervised MH/DD/SA experience;

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a non-human service field with four (4) years of supervised MH/DD/SA experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (copy)
• Official College or University Transcript
• Medication Administration Certification
• CPR Certification
• NCI Certification
• State and/or National Criminal Background Check
• Health Care Registry Check
• I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
• Completion of 3M’s Services LLC Orientation

• Ability to walk and stand for short periods.
• Ability to perform duties in office and community environments.

Work is performed in office, community, and approved remote settings, based on program needs.
