About the Role
~1 min readManage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions.
Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Requirements
~1 min read3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven success recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to Have

Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
A recruiter who is proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
Someone who enjoys working with urgency and balancing competing priorities.
A collaborative team player who can build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Hourly Pay: $45-$55/hr
