Responsibilities

  • Generates, qualifies, and manages a consistent pipeline of actionable sales opportunities.
  • Identifies key influencers within the buying cycle to determine budget, interest, and timeline.
  • Documents activity related to contacts, accounts, opportunities, and forecasting utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Develops effective prospecting campaigns utilizing prospecting tools.
  • Maintains high standards for list integrity and strategic targeting to ensure quality leads.
  • Communicates research and potential onsite service opportunities to Field or Strategic sales teams.
  • Captures key existing customer data to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieves monthly sales quota targets by effectively engaging customers and selling ATS solutions.

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of successful sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience balancing sales pipeline activities, prospecting, and/or lead generation with proven success in achieving assigned goals.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products/services.
  • Outstanding communication (written, verbal, telephone) and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience utilizing sales CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including a strong background in Excel.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear.  The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds.  The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision.  Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
