The Role Sales Admin will support sales and customer communication by managing administrative tasks, keeping the CRM up to date, assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, and handling day-to-day communication. This role is primarily administrative and support-focused, with most interactions conducted through written communication.

• Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and consistently
• Assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, new collection launches, or buyer meetings.
• Handle incoming messages professionally and promptly
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team
• Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded
• Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently interact with clients at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and consistent in handling routine tasks
• Good written and speaking communication skills (English)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
• Reliable, patient, and has a good attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools
