We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HVAC Salesperson to join our team and help drive growth while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Driven, goal-oriented, and growth minded
• Team and customer focused
• Must maintain high professional and ethical integrity
• Proven experience sales experience with in-home sales experience preferred
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Technologically skilled including social media
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Skilled in social media is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
