Requirements
~1 min read- 2–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or similar roles
- Prior experience in handling transactions, reconciliations, or supervisory tasks is preferred
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL)
- Strong understanding of operational processes and reconciliation flows
- Familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Jira, Trello, or similar workflow management systems (preferred)
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Leadership skills with experience managing or guiding small teams
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities
- Strategic thinking for short-term operational improvements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute end-to-end operational tasks with minimal supervision
- →Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of operational processes
- →Handle complex reconciliation and exception cases
- →Investigate and resolve operational issues, including root cause analysis
- →Monitor SLA performance, queue health, and sub-team productivity
- →Act as the escalation point for operational issues
