Quick Summary
Make it happen: Plan and run company events end to end, from the Summer party to floor parties to formats we have not invented yet.
About the Role
~1 min readThe office runs. Events happen. New hires feel welcome even before day one. That's you.
Every person at Alasco experiences your work: the office, the events, the small details that shape how it feels to work here.
You run office operations and events for 75+ colleagues end to end. You keep the day-to-day running smoothly, but you also notice what could feel better, clearer, or more personal. From onboarding moments to team gatherings, your work helps turn Alasco from a workplace into a place people like coming back to.
Got an idea for a new ritual, a different event format, or a cultural initiative? We want to hear it and we will back it.
