We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented IOL Account Manager to join our Surgical team and drive the growth of our Intraocular Lens (IOL) portfolio across Giza and surrounding territories. 

The Opportunity 

As an IOL Account Manager, you will partner with ophthalmologists, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to expand access to innovative surgical solutions. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering clinical and commercial value while growing Alcon’s presence in both private and public healthcare sectors. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives for the IOL portfolio. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, and key stakeholders. 

• Identify and develop opportunities within public and private healthcare accounts. 

• Deliver product presentations, clinical discussions, and customer education activities. 

• Support account development through strategic territory planning and execution. 

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities. 

• Ensure accurate CRM updates, reporting, and compliance with Alcon policies. 

What You'll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field. 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ophthalmology. 

• Strong account management and relationship-building skills. 

• Experience working with public sector customers is highly desirable. 

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills. 

• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
