We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our team in Cairo!

Ensure all projects are accurately recorded in the CRM, including all supporting information needed for billing and collections.

Manage the sales order control process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely generation of orders.

Handle the registration of new clients for X clients.

Ensure the Sales Team operates in compliance with company policies, maintaining proper documentation for each project.

Maintain and regularly update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate closely with Credit Risk teams to support risk assessment and mitigation.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams across global regions.

Manage high volumes of emails, requests, and reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

2–3 years of experience in Salesforce, Sales Administration, Collections, Billing, or Finance departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM or workflow tools is a plus (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).

You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
